Two extra long femurs (Caroline Woolard and Elizabeth Tubergen) met as fellows at the Oxbow Residency in Michigan this summer 2007. Here we attempt to organize, share, and present our research and experiments... on the largest body of water, novice tree workers, complicit curiosity, natural resources (corn flakes or river bed clay?), joy and grace.
